Delivery Period Following receipt and clearance of payment, all purchase(s) will be posted within five working days where possible,

NOTICE  

Due to the nature of some of our products please allow upto 30 days for delivery ( these products will be marked on our site via the product section heading ) The Manufacturer of these products reserves the right to change specifications without prior notice, In line with a policy of continual product development, Items may also suffer long delivery delays due to shipping/import times these products can go out of stock very quickly although every effort is made to ensure a constant stock some products do sometimes get delayed due to supply demand and even customs.

The correct Country/Area for postal charges must be selected, If postage is NOT mainland UK and an incorrect Country/Area has been chosen this will lead to seriously long delays to the order and may lead to cancellation of the order by Shadow Artworks you will be notified by e-mail and a refund will be issued less an administration fee of £20 NO REFUND is issued on International orders less than £20

However if we are unable to supply a product you shall be notified as soon as possible and your payment shall be credited back to your card / account in full

All parcels are dispatched via a method which must be signed for upon receipt (ensuring we can confirm the parcel was received by the customer).

Payment Methods We accept all the major credit / debit cards via our payment gateway (PayPal).

Online Orders & Card Security All credit / debit card orders placed online are made on a secure, encrypted server to ensure the privacy and security of your information. All payment transactions take place on the secure encrypted server of our payment processor (PayPal) - we never have access to your card details at any time.

Refunds Customers have up to 7 days after the goods dispatch date in which to request a return and refund. Before returning any product(s) please contact us via email or telephone.
